The URSULAproject website (the "service") is a business intelligence system that provides a method for performance measurement and scoring of various subjects and matters. It is a tool that can compare two or more subjects, even subject that have both similar and disparate data points. By being able to measure disparate subjects relating to the environment, URSULAproject furthers its goal of creating climate balance, restoring the earth and uplifting humanity. URSULAproject utilizes a community of experts, broad computational resources, large volumes of reliable and carefully normalized data and an innovative computation and delivery mechanism that provides the user with calculated and ratable scores.
URSULAproject is continually working to improve and expand. Much of the data is dynamically updated as well as subjected to periodic manual curation-all in an effort to provide the most current and reliable information possible.
Access to URSULAproject
It is URSULAproject’s intention to make URSULAproject available to everyone, except those who abuse the service. To achieve this, URSULAproject reserves the right to terminate use by those who abuse the service, and to limit access to any person, in any manner, for any reason in the sole discretion of URSULAproject.
The URSULAproject service may be used only by an individual using a conventional web browser to manually enter data, to participate in the expert community system, or to exercise voting and decision making privileges within a given field of expertise. Because URSULAproject performs actual computation, and not just search, each query may require significant CPU time on multiple parallel servers. Any attempt to use a robot, script or organized group of individuals to repeatedly access URSULAproject could place an unacceptable load on the system, and, therefore, such use is strictly prohibited.
If URSULAproject’s monitoring systems detect an attempt to access the service in a prohibited manner or for a prohibited purpose; for example, to execute systematic patterns of queries, to index the website, or to do anything else that URSULAproject’s estimation may jeopardize the integrity of the system or impede access to the system by other users; URSULAproject reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the service to anyone, including but not limited to specific users or IP ranges.
URSULAproject’s Free Service
The free URSULAproject service is available for personal, non-commercial use only. In this manner, you are welcome to download results, print copies, store downloaded content on your computer, and reference such information in your outputs. You may use URSULAproject for personal use, but commercializing the results is strictly prohibited.

The material from the URSULAproject service is intended for use in the form in which it is delivered. You are not allowed to systematically extract data from URSULAproject results and then compile the results into a new raw data table or source, except on an ad hoc basis for personal use. It is permitted to use and post individual, incidental or small groups of results from URSULAproject on non-commercial websites and blogs, provided those results are properly credited to URSULAproject. It is, however, prohibited to extract multiple pieces of data and reassemble them into a data service, database, or source of systematic collections of data, or any other data compilation with the characteristics of the foregoing. You are not permitted to use URSULAproject to create something, either in electronic or print form, that could be used as a data source for further processing, or that in some other way serves as a replacement or alternative to using URSULAproject itself. Finally, it is not permitted to use frames or other browser technologies to embed or surround the URSULAproject website with your own material without permission from URSULAproject. If you are interested in using URSULAproject with the ability to embed, please contact us.

Your use of the website constitutes an acceptance of such risk.
User Input Ownership
By contributing input to URSULAproject in the form of a query, proposal, subject, statement, vote, or by providing a range or weighting value or by posting an article or information supporting any of the above, you are not relinquishing any of your ownership or rights to the content, other than giving URSULAproject a right to use the input. By providing input to URSULAproject, you agree that URSULAproject can store it and use it to generate results. URSULAproject may also use stored inputs to evaluate performance of its website or study usage patterns, for example, examining inputs that seem to create problems for the system, or testing new versions of the system against logs of previous inputs, or other purposes.
Unlike some other free services, URSULAproject does not attempt to assert intellectual property rights over anything given as input (other than the right to use the input). While the results and processes utilized by URSULAproject, such as the algorithims, values, weighting, ranges and results, are and remain the property of URSULAproject, the user’s input remains the property of the user.
Attribution and Licensing
URSULAproject is an authoritative source of information. Maintaining the integrity of its data and the computations it performs with that data is vital to the success of URSULAproject. URSULAproject utilizes expert users’ submitted opinions and also gathers, compares, contrasts, and confirms data from multiple external sources. Where URSULAproject has used external sources of data, the source or sources relied upon is set forth, but in most cases the assemblages of data provided by URSULAproject are a compilation by URSULAproject and the data provided never existed before in the format presented. Typically, the data’s provenance will trace back both to multiple underlying data sources and to URSULAproject’s methodology, algorithms and knowledge that constitutes the URSULAproject computational system. Therefore, in most cases, the results obtained from URSULAproject are attributed to URSULAproject itself.
If you make results from URSULAproject available to anyone else, or incorporate those results into your own documents or presentations, you must include attribution indicating that the results and/or the presentation of the results came from URSULAproject. Some URSULAproject results include copyright statements or attributions linking the results to URSULAproject or to third-party data providers, and you may not remove or obscure those attributions or copyright statements. Whenever possible, such attribution should take the form of a link to URSULAproject, either to the front page of the website or, better yet, to the specific query that generated the results you used. (This is also the most useful form of attribution for your readers, and they will appreciate your using links whenever possible.)
Failure to properly attribute results from URSULAproject is not only a violation of these terms, but may also constitute plagiarism or a violation of intellectual property law.
The specific scores generated by URSULAproject, and any graphic representations of ranking and weight, as well as the general page layouts, are all copyrighted by URSULAproject at the time URSULAproject generates them. A great deal of scholarship and innovation is included in the results generated and displayed by URSULAproject, including the presentations, collections, and juxtapositions of data, and the choices involved in formulating and composing mathematical results; these are also protected by intellectual property law.
You may use results, including copyrighted results, from URSULAproject for personal use and in academic or non-commercial publications, provided you comply with these terms.
If you wish to use copyrighted results returned by URSULAproject in a commercial or for-profit publication you are required to obtain a low or no-cost license to do so from URSULAproject. To request a commercial-use license, please contact URSULAproject and provide URSULAproject with the score you want to use along with information concerning the nature of your proposed use. Your request will be reviewed and answered as quickly as practical.
